Acrobatics is a softer lines, balancing, and lengthening form of the art. Blending dance with acrobatic tricks. Flexibility is a critical aspect to acrobatic gymnastics. Strength combined with flexibility makes a dancer more competitive.

Ballet improves muscular strength, flexibility, and range of motion. Ballet promotes physical strength and agility and can boost concentration. Ballet Offers a solid foundation for all forms of dance. It is referred to as the "backbone" of all dance forms.

Baton twirling involves manipulation of a baton with the hands and body. This requires use of both sides of the brain, contributing to both mental and physical benefits. Hand-eye coordination is a benefit of baton twirling.

Cheer-Gymnastics teaches a student coordination, strength, self-confidence, and trust. Partner stunts as well as group stunts are covered. Tumbling passes required for cheer are taught in this class.

Gymnastics class helps coordination, strength, flexibility, social skills, self-confidence, discipline, and determination. In gymnastics classes skills such as rolls, handstands, walkovers, front and back handsprings, and aerial work are taught. Apparatus is also included in gymnastic class such as beam, uneven bars, and vault. Progressions are taught to strengthen your child and avoid injury.

Hip Hop encompasses a variety of characteristics such as popping, locking, gliding, break dancing, and isolations. Hip Hop attained widespread popularity in the 1980's and 90's. It helps a student develop better coordination, balance, and flexibility.

Jazz is a high energy form of dance style involving kicks, leaps, and turns to music. Jazz dance requires self-discipline and memory power. Jazz promotes freedom of expression and individuality.

Tap helps children develop balance and coordination. Timing and rhythm are basics fundamentals of Tap. Tap is a great leg workout and gets your heart pumping.
